Shipping Policy

The delivery time of your orders varies according to the address provided for receipt. Our delivery time is up to 7 business days after payment is approved. The delivery period informed at the time of purchase only starts to be counted from the moment the order is posted.

Before placing the order, it is possible to know the delivery time by accessing your "cart", informing your zip code in the "Calculate freight" field.

After doing this, just click on the “Calculate” button and the estimated delivery time for the entered zip code will be displayed – it will also include the shipping amount to be charged.

Important informations

The delivery time displayed in the “cart” is calculated according to the quantity of items in the order and the address provided.

The inclusion of a product in the “cart” does not guarantee your reservation. The product will only be reserved for the customer after the order is completed and approved by the card operator.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during business hours and in accordance with the postal delivery policy.

After placing the order, a message will be sent to your email informing you of the estimated delivery time. It is important to always check the invoice and products upon delivery and refuse receipt if the packaging is not in proper condition or if there are signs of damage.

Regardless of the chosen modality, the delivery time of your purchase starts to be considered from the confirmation of payment by the financial institutions.

Address Change: For your security, it is not possible to change the delivery address after the purchase is completed.
